I love your thoughts on meditation, that it “takes time, but makes time” — so TRUE!!

You have such good energy and love for what you do. I love your video, and yes, I do so believe how we raise our children is vitally important.

Jenny where were you when I was raising three kids! Back in ‘the day’ I was certain I was either insane or well on my way., One day I was watching one of our two TV channels and this delightful woman was teaching yoga. After watching it a time or two I found myself sliding off the couch and on to the floor and attempting to do what she was doing. And I still do it to this day and even teach it! Yoga saved my life. Thanks for the reminder Jenny!
Jen,
I think I just connected with my true inner daddy watching this video. Thank you.

Phew! That is so sad that in general women get sadder as they get older. I didn’t realize how blessed I am that it is just the opposite for me. I love your mission and your message. Yes, “change the status quo!” XOXO Katherine

Great video! I shared it with my wife…
We are having a bit of a time with one of our kids right now, so this couldn’t have been more timely!
Thanks,
Phil
Relax, Connect, Reflect. How perfect! The most important thing for all of us to know is that there is inner wisdom available. Thanks for helping Moms to learn this!

Jenny,
Love this. And, I say it applies to those of us who aren’t mothers as well. Relax, connect, reflect.
Jenny,
Thanks for your post. This applies to more people than Moms.
All The Best,
Mitch
You look absolutely beautiful in this video! I love the energy you bring to this powerful message. Thanks for sharing.
Your energy is always great. Thanks for encouraging me to “Be here now!” It helped to slow down for a few minutes. My husband listened to what you had to say too.
Thanks,
Tammy
