Yoga, yoga, yoga! It is such a wonderful workout for body, mind and soul. Also fun to do with babies and kids.
Also a big believer in writing in a journal and reading affirmations. A fabulous way to start the day!

Yoga (opens shoulders, strengthens core and hips..can’t say enough about it!), running and walking in Central Park with other moms and their babies.
OK – so I know this sounds funny, but I start every morning with a glass of orange flavored metamuciil! It is healthy, yummy, allows me to start my day with a tall glass of water, and keeps me regular!
I do Pilates a couple of times a week. It is a hard workout, but easy to do while pregnant.
Stroller Strides of course!
