i love Mark Bittman’s books–especially The Essential Vegetarian.
Of course, I also like to peek back at my own blog http://www.blog.peekababyny.com at my archived weekly recipes!

I love using Facebook and Grouprecipes.com. I ask about recipes for my facebook status and end up with a ton of great ones! Grouprecipes is great because there are so many at your fingertips!

We order most of our groceries from fresh direct. They have a good collection of recipes from various sources and you can order the food so you know you have all of the ingredients.

I love the Everyday Food magazine, as well as it’s cookbook, Great Food Fast. And, I am a fan of Rachel Ray’s 30 minute meals. Making it easy is so important to me!

Annabel Karmel’s First Meals is great for toddler food ideas. Jessica Seinfeld’s book is also useful.

I love getting my recipes online from either The Today Show or Williams Sonoma. I love The Today Show recipes, but it is usually something that I”ve seen them cook on the show, and they are always very easy. Williams Sonoma has great recipes, but some can get quite complicated.

It might be a little outdated, but the book “365 ways to make chicken” is great. Especially for my kids who don’t like plain chicken.

I love http://www.allrecipes.com. All recipes are rated by users and you know they’ll work well the first time around. You can also use the “Ingredients” option at the top of the page to list the ingredients you want (or have on hand) and those you don’t want, and the search engine will pull up recipes that meet your request.

Happy Bellies has a cookbook with Dr. Sears that we’ve liked. BW is only 7 months old so we’re just starting but it’s great so far!

The Healthy Baby Meal Planner by Annabel Karmel is fabulous for baby from when they are teeny through picky toddler. For grown-ups and kids, I can’t do without the old standard, The Joy of Cooking.

Epicurious.com is a great way to find recipes based on what ingredients you have by using their search feature. I also like that you can see other people’s comments about the recipe, how it worked out for them and if they had any recommendations on things to add.
